Ingredient Fleet Administration Corp. introduced a five-year settlement with Rentokil Terminix, the North American division of Rentokil Preliminary plc, to supply companies and financing to its 21,000-plus car fleet within the U.S., in keeping with a Dec. 19 announcement.
“We’re honored that Rentokil Terminix has chosen to increase their North American relationship with Ingredient, making us their sole U.S. supplier of fleet administration companies and financing,” stated Jay Forbes, president and CEO of Ingredient. “Rentokil, the worldwide chief in pest management companies, represents Ingredient’s largest ‘mega’ fleet win since initiating our pivot to progress in 2021.”
Rentokil Preliminary plc has been a long-standing consumer of Ingredient, the corporate stated. With its latest acquisition of Terminix, the corporate determined to consolidate the financing and administration of its complete U.S. car fleet below one fleet administration firm and selected Ingredient as that supplier. Beneath the phrases of this settlement, Ingredient will prolong its present fleet administration companies and financing (presently 4,700 autos) to a further 16,500 Rentokil Terminix autos within the U.S., rising the full world autos below administration by 1% and making Rentokil Terminix a prime 10 consumer.
This partnership may also allow Rentokil Terminix’s mission to transition its world fleet to extra environment friendly and sustainable ultra-low emissions autos by 2040. Rentokil Preliminary joined the EV100 in 2020.
David Madrigal, chief business officer at Ingredient, stated: “Rentokil Terminix’s resolution to entrust your entire 21,000 car fleet to Ingredient is each gratifying and humbling, reflecting their confidence in our confirmed means to ship a constant, superior consumer expertise and optimize their complete value of fleet operations. We’re more than happy they’ve determined to develop their relationship with Ingredient, and we look ahead to working with them to uphold the excessive requirements we share for our purchasers globally as we each proceed to develop.”
